Rules

Our game has 4 HORROR LEVELS. Duration is 60 minutes. Late arrivals will not receive extra time.

Recording via video, photo or camera is strictly prohibited. No sharp, piercing or dangerous objects are allowed inside.

Leave valuables in the storage box after descending. The box is monitored by camera. We are not responsible for torn items.

No refunds if you choose to leave mid-game. The session is reserved for you and must be re-booked.

There is no waiting room or WC. The game will not start until the door is closed.

We accept Cash, IBAN and Credit Card.

You are being monitored and recorded. You may end the game at any time, but you cannot resume — the entire group's game ends.

Intentionally touching, kicking, punching or throwing objects at horror elements is prohibited. Touching actors is strictly forbidden.

Reservations are confirmed with a deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the session.

You are responsible for any injuries caused by your fellow players. Horror level cannot be changed during the game.

The game may not be suitable for those with heart conditions, asthma, claustrophobia, shortness of breath, bipolar disorder, pregnancy or panic attacks. Responsibility lies with the guest.

Violations may result in termination of the game after a warning. No refunds will be issued.

Every game at AZAP goes beyond a standard horror experience. Birthday surprises, custom horror scenarios or extra challenges can be requested at booking.
